The air dryer uses high-speed hot air to suspend the mud-like, powdery and granular materials in the air. Large heat transfer surface area, high heat transfer coefficient, short drying time (most materials only need a few seconds to dry), suitable for drying heat-sensitive materials. This equipment is widely used in the drying of powdery and granular materials in food, chemical, pharmaceutical, building materials and other industries. The products that have been used in this series of dryers are: starch, glucose, fish meal, sugar, salt, distiller’s grains, feed, gluten, plastics, resin, coal powder, dyes.
It is widely used in corn starch processing plant. The equipment enables high rate of starch yield and improvement of starch quality and is an ideal new high quantity treating sieving and separating equipment for wet materials.
